If you wish to cancel your camp registration, you have several options:
1. If cancellation is received IN WRITING by 725 Sports Football Camps at least two weeks prior to the start of camp, you will receive a 50% refund.
2. If written cancelation is less than two weeks prior to camp no refund will be issued. However, a registration credit can be issued that is valid for any camp of equal or lesser value in the current calendar year. This registration credit may be transferred to an immediate family member under the same terms and conditions as the original registration.
3. If the camp is cancelled by 725 Sports Football Camps, you will automatically receive a full refund for all registration fees paid excluding taxes and processing fees. Camper (participant) waives any and all damages that may arise as a result of the camp being cancelled.
4. Inclement weather is NOT grounds for a refund. On occasion inclement weather may occur on the day of camp. Camp will continue as scheduled unless you are notified otherwise. Please know every effort will be made to hold the camp regardless of inclement weather. If the weather becomes unsafe to begin camp, then a credit will be extended for future camp dates within the current calendar year. Once camp begins, there will be no refunds or extended credits. Should inclement weather occur during camp which doesn’t allow the camp activities to continue it is the responsibility of the participant’s parents/guardians to pick them up immediately. * You will not get a refund for canceling a rescheduled event.
5. Due to cost of facilities, logistics, staffing, camp gear - 725 Sports cannot issue any type of refund once camp registration has been processed. Athletes can switch camps and dates.
